UK mortgage lenders will offer mortgages to foreign nationals who meet one of a number of requirements, you will be able to obtain a mortgage if you meet any one of the following:

  • Resident for more than one year or
  • Have a 25% deposit or
  • Earn over £75,000 as an individual or £100,000 as a couple or
  • Are applying with a partner who is a UK citizen or has indefinite leave to remain

In any of one of these circumstances we may be able to obtain a mortgage at a competitive rate with a mainstream lender.

We also have specialist schemes for people on Tier 2 working or Skilled worker Visas which allow us to obtain a mortgage with a 5% deposit
